Instructions

Get the dough as thin as you can find (the so-called Angel Hair of baby food).

Boil in hot water, then, as soon as you will be softened, put them to drain why not overcooking.

Using a fork, cut into many small rolls, that friggerete immediately in plenty of oil (a fork from roll is extracted when the dough has hardened a little).

Sprinkle grated lemon peel and serve with warm honey.
