Braised celery
Instructions
Pre-cut ribs of celery, seasoning them in butter and oil with the garlic.
Pour over the preserved diluted in 2 ladles of broth, season with salt and cook for about 45 minutes, basting, if necessary, with more broth.

- 60 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
