Celery and basil eggs
Instructions
In a bowl beat the eggs with the salt, pepper and cheese.
Cook the pasta al dente, drain and let Sauté in a pan with oil.
Add the eggs to the dough and sprinkle with the Basil and chopped Mint.

- 320 g of type pasta celery
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 10 g of basil
- 10 g of mint
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
