Celery to bechamel
Instructions
Peel the celery, wash them, cut them in half lengthwise.
Boil them in salted water for 10 minutes, drain and place in a buttered baking dish.
Cover them with bechamel sauce, spread some butter and grated cheese.
Au gratin in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.
Serve.

- 3 white celery
- Bechamel
- Grated cheese
- Some flakes of butter
- Salt
