Instructions
Coat with egg and breadcrumbs the steacks and FRY for 5 minutes over low heat.
Prepare the tomato sauce with the tomatoes, sliced onions, medium dice, Basil with salt and let it cook well and evaporate.
When the gravy is thick enough, add the Fried filet mignon and serve after another 5 minutes of cooking.
