Instructions

Beat the egg yolks with sugar, add the liqueur and grated lemon peel.

Mix a little at a time the cream and crumbled meringues.

Pour the mixture into a rectangular mold and put it in the freezer.

Before serving, invert onto serving dish and decorate.
