Marrons glacés semifreddo
Instructions
Whip the cream with sugar, gently add the marrons glacés and chopped the savoiardi biscuits, add a teaspoon of cocoa, stir.
Film-lined with a mould, pour the mixture, level it and place in freezer for at least 4 hours.
Drafted and serve, if you like, with a warm chocolate sauce.

- 50 cl of cream
- 40 g of sugar
- 6 marrons glacés
- 5 biscuits savoiardi
- 1 teaspoon of cocoa
