Pomegranate parfait
Instructions
Centrifuge 9 grains pomegranates and soak the ladyfingers in the juice.
The yoghurt join seeds of vanilla, honey and some whole grains.
Whip the cream and fold in the yoghurt.
Lay half the sponge fingers in a dish and cover them with cream; Repeat; decorate with beans and refrigerate.

- 10 overripe pomegranates
- 10 savoiardi biscuits
- 350 g of entire natural yoghurt
- 100 g of fresh whipping cream
- 1 stick of vanilla
- 3 tablespoons of honey
