Poppy semifreddo
Instructions
Soak poppy seeds and honey in a bath of water, foam, egg yolks and sugar with steam and Add vanilla sugar.
Add the whipped cream and the egg whites whipped until foamy.
Pour the mixture into small shapes and put in the freezer for about 5 hours.
Before serving the semifreddo, garnish as desired.

- 3 whole eggs
- 80 g of sugar
- 400 g of whipping cream
- 80 g of poppy
- 80 g of honey
- Vanilla sugar
