Aromatic semolina
Instructions
Banging in a tureen the two egg yolks with grated Parmesan cheese and butter.
Bring the broth to a boil, pour in the semolina to rain constantly stirring with a wooden spoon and continue cooking for 15 minutes.
Pour the soup into the tureen, add the cinnamon and a pinch of pepper, mix thoroughly and serve immediately.

- 2 egg yolks
- 100 cl of also nut soup
- 30 g of butter
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
