Steak au gratin
Instructions
Chop the onion and Brown in half the butter, add salt and cook slowly, adding a ladleful of broth; absorb the broth.
Pass the sauce through a sieve, mix the cheese and a few drops of Worcestershire sauce, tie with cream and mix to obtain a homogeneous compound.
Meanwhile Brown the slices in butter left, lay them in a baking dish and polished with the cheese mixture.
Go in the oven for about 15 minutes to grill.
Pairing wine: Pentro di Isernia proposed red.

- 6 slices of veal (slice from 130 g each)
- 100 g of butter
- 150 g of parmigiano
- 2 onions
- Few drops of worcestershire sauce
- Cream
- Salt
- 1 ladle of broth
