Sfincione
Instructions
Flatten the dough leavened bread (opportunely acquired by Baker), then place it in a well-oiled baking pan.
Sprinkle with tomatoes cut into pieces, sliced onion, anchovy is in pieces, shredded grated caciocavallo, add salt, pepper and oil.
Meanwhile you have turned on the oven and when it reaches a temperature of 260 degrees you can introduce the baking tray with the sfincione.
Cook for 35 minutes.
Baked, sprinkle with raw oil and serve at the table.

- 500 g of peeled tomatoes
- 100 g of caciocavallo cheese
- 2 anchovies
- 3 onions
