Instructions

Prepare a dough with bits of fontina, milk, beaten egg yolk, salt and pepper; mix until dough is dense and homogeneous.

Lay on a baking tray one sheet of puff pastry on top of it and put the dough you just prepared and cover with another sheet of phyllo.

Bake until the puff pastry is cooked.
