Instructions

Turn on oven to 220 degrees.

Peel the apples, core material privatel and cut into cubes.

Cook with a little water until will be soft.

The more rinse (remember to keep aside some for decoration) and cook the mixture until it is soft but not reduced in mashed.

Add the sugar.

Unroll the dough on a lightly floured surface and pull it down to a thin pastry.

Moisten a baking plate and lie on top of the pastry.

Riddled on the entire surface with a fork and bake for 15 minutes.

Turn the dough very lightly and sprinkle with icing sugar.

Then spend the dough under the hot grill, until it is golden brown.

Cut the dough into twelve rectangles and stuffed them three at a time, with the mixture of apples and blackberries.

Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve cold, decorate with fresh blackberries and Apple slices.

If you don't find any more or if you want to prepare this sweet off-season, replace them with sugar-free jams.
