Chicken casseroles
Instructions
To marinate the chicken in white wine, salt and pepper, for 2 hours.
Leave it to drain and blend, then incorporate the eggs, a little cream and 2 tablespoons Parmesan.
Mix well and divide the mixture into 4 ramekins.
Bake in a Bain-Marie in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.

- 500 g of diced chicken breast
- 2 eggs
- Cooking cream
- White wine
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
