Artichoke pudding
Instructions
Clean the artichokes and cut into thin slices.
Put soaked in water acidulated with lemon and lasciatevele for a quarter of an hour.
In a Pan fry the chopped onion in the butter, then add drained artichokes.
Add salt, pepper in moderation, stir and cover.
Cook for a quarter of an hour.
Shelled eggs into a bowl, add three tablespoons of grated cheese, the cream, a pinch of nutmeg, salt and mix.
Then add the artichokes.
Grease four molds and pour in the mixture.
Bake in a water bath in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Drafted and serve.

- 5 artichokes
- 200 g of cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 onion
- 3 tablespoons of grated cheese
- Butter
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
