Flan with chard and provolone
Instructions
Brown the cubes of bacon with Swiss chard, cut into julienne and let simmer for a few minutes.
Beat the eggs with the cream, salt and pepper, diced provolone, Swiss chard and pour the mixture into buttered moulds on which some bottom was placed a washer of bread.
Bake for 15 minutes.

- 100 g of chard
- 3 eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cream
- 50 g of pork lard
- 70 g of smoked provola cheese
- 1 walnut butter
- 2 slices of bread
