Prior's flan
Instructions
Mince meat and ham.
In a saucepan Cook the butter with the flour, when they are United by a Hazel flush with the milk, salt and pepper.
Incorporated by mixing chopped meat and ham, add the cheese.
Let cool, mix egg yolks one at a time, mix well.
Whip egg whites until foamy, and blend gently.
Grease a baking dish, pour the mixture and bake in the oven at 180 degrees and cook for twenty minutes.
The surface must be a nice light brown color.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of beef (or boiled veal)
- 3 slices cooked ham
- For the sauce:
- 50 g of butter
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 25 cl of milk
- 6 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of grated cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
