Asparagus flan
Instructions
Clean and boil the asparagus; drain.
To drain the whey from fior di latte.
Grease a rectangular baking dish and arrange half of the slices of buttered bread.
Above add half of fior di latte in thin slices and above all the asparagus still aligned.
Cover with the sliced fior di latte left and finish with another layer of buttered bread slices.
Apart beat the eggs and add salt and incorporate the milk.
Pour over the prepared ingredients and bake in the oven at 200 degrees.

- 1500 g of asparagus
- 300 g of mozzarella fior di latte
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 12 slices of wholemeal bread
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Butter
