Ham cauliflower pudding
Instructions
Boil the cauliflower in salted water for about 20 minutes.
Drain them, split it into florets and passed to the blender.
Prepare the béchamel sauce; When is warm add the yolk, grated cheese, shredded ham and cauliflower puree.
Butter a mold slightly up from soufflé (because the mixture swells a lot) and fill it with the mixture.
