Onion pudding
Instructions
In a pan melt the butter.
Add the onions, peeled and cut into julienne.
Squirt with two ladles of hot broth and cover with a lid leaving braise onions for 15 minutes.
Then mix in plenty of grated pecorino cheese, spread in a baking dish and gratinate in the oven until it will form a crust Gratin.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 600 g of white onions
- 100 g of butter
- Abundant of seasoned pecorino cheese
- 2 ladles of meat broth
- Salt
