Green bean pudding
Instructions
Boil the beans in salted water, drain.
In a knob of butter and a tablespoon of olive oil Sauté onion, celery and carrot, chopped.
Add the beans, a ladleful of hot water, add salt, pepper and cook until the liquid is absorbed.
Incorporate the egg yolks bechamel, egg whites and grated cheese.
Grease bottom and sides of a mould from the edge top, sprinkle with the breadcrumbs, ' veiled with a layer of bechamel sauce, place the beans and cover with the remaining sauce.
Bake at 200 degrees for 45 minutes.

- 1 costa of celery

- 40 g of grated cheese
- 2 eggs
- 40 g of breadcrumbs
- 1 walnut butter
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Bechamel

- Pepper
