Fennel flan
Instructions
Wash the fennel.
Dry, cut them into wedges, soffriggeteli in a pan with a knob of butter.
Add salt, pepper, pour the milk and simmer over low heat until all the liquid has been absorbed.
Stir and turn off.
Pass the fennel in a bowl, let cool and mash with a fork.
Beat the eggs with the grated cheese and mix it with fennel.
Then incorporated all the sauce.
Grease a mould, pour the mixture and bake in a water bath in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
Dessert, turn out and serve hot.
