Fontina cheese flan
Instructions
Spread the slices of bread with a little butter and place them, over and under, at the bottom of a lightly greased baking dish.
Cover the bread with fontina into slices.
Beat eggs with milk, salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.
Pour the mixture over the bread and let soften for about 15 minutes, then go in the hot oven for 25 minutes to Brown.
Serve immediately.

- 8 slices homemade bread stale
- 250 g of fontina cheese
- 3 eggs
- 30 cl of milk
- 50 g of butter (or margarine)
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- Salt
- Pepper
