Bread pudding with artichokes, zucchini and fontina
Instructions
Put in a casserole the sliced white bread with a little milk and oil.
Place over a layer of Zucchini and artichokes previously boiled, which spread the fontina cheese cut into cubes.
Bake at 200 degrees for 5 minutes and serve.

- 2 artichokes
- 500 G = = Zucchini
- 4 slices of sandwich bread
- 150 g of fontina cheese
- 20 cl of milk
- Olive oil
- Salt
