Peach Pudding (Sformato di Pesche)
Instructions
Boil the water with a spoon of oil and pour with rain the sifted flour with the starch.
Cook for 5 minutes stirring constantly with a whisk.
Allow to cool, add the egg whites, 1 chopped pulp and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Mix well.
Line a mold with the 3 remaining cut peaches into thin slices and pour in the mixture.
Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 20 minutes.
Turn on serving dish and serve.

- 300 g of water
- 80 g of wholemeal flour
- 20 g of starch
- 2 egg whites
- 4 peaches
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
