Sweet rice pudding
Instructions
Put the milk in saucepan, bring to a boil over medium heat, add rice and salt.
Add the vanilla, cloves and reshot with care.
After about 5 minutes add all the sugar, the raisins of Corinth which was previously put to soak in hot water well squeezed, and pine nuts.
Stir continuously because the mixture will stick and let it cook, still over medium heat, for another 15 minutes.
Remove the Pan from the heat when the rice is still a bit al dente.
Grease the mould, pour the mixture and level it at the surface.
Let cool before toppling the mold in dish.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.

- 110 g of rice
- 75 cl of milk
- 50 g of sugar
- 40 g of raisins of corinth
- 40 g of pine nuts
- Cinnamon powder
- 1 sachet of vanilla
- 2 cloves
- 1 pinch of salt
- Butter
