Celery pudding with ham
Instructions
Boil celery cut into pieces in salted water for 15 minutes.
Make white sauce, add salt and pepper.
In a pan with a knob of butter flavoured than well drained spezzettandoli as much as possible, mix them with bechamel sauce with grated cheese and chopped ham.
Incorporated a yolk at a time, and then the egg whites.
Pour into well buttered mould and cook in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
