Stracchino pudding
Instructions
Take a rectangular or round baking dish at least 7.
8 cm tall and imburratela (a dish from the oven).
Bathed in a Holster filled with milk, bread slices and place them on the bottom of the pan to fit in its entirety; do you have a first layer of ham over the bread and still above a layer of cheese slices.
Over the cheese slices have a second layer of bread always previously soaked in milk.
Arrange another layer of ham and Zucchini on it that must first be sautéed with garlic: this cut into slices and throw them in a pan in which poured a little oil (not so much); Cook the squash over medium heat until disfarle, and only at the end thrown over them a chopped mixture of parsley and two cloves of garlic; then immediately switch off the fire and let them rest so they take a little flavor, mixing them from time to time; Remember to add salt (preferably towards the end so that it does not do too much water).
Cut into slices stracchino (thick enough) and place them in such a way as to cover quite all the layer of Zucchini (remember that then you will need to melt in the oven).
Beat two eggs in a Holster and spargetele evenly over the whole dish.
Enter the dish in an oven previously resulted in average temperature and cook for 20-30 minutes.
Turn on the grill and oven browned stracchino.
Served not too hot.

- 350 g of ham
- 15 cheese slices
- 2 eggs
- 350 g of stracchino cheese
- 10 zucchini
- Olive oil
- Chopped parsley
- 2 cloves of chopped garlic
