Turkey pudding
Instructions
Finely crumble the crackers into a bowl and add the hot milk.
Stir vigorously until you obtain a homogeneous compound.
Add the meat and the bacon, chopped herbs, pine nuts and eggs.
Add salt and pepper.
Stir vigorously until ingredients are well mixed.
Lightly grease a mould for a cake, pour the mixture, pressing and levelling with a spoon.
Place in the oven already warm and cook for about an hour.
You can serve this delicious pie is hot that cold, garnished with lettuce and tomatoes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of ground turkey meat
- 200 g of finely chopped bacon
- 1 tablespoon of rosemary
- Parsley
- Chopped garlic
- 50 g of pine nuts
- 2 eggs
- 20 cl of milk
- 1 pack of crackers, oatmeal
- Salt
- Pepper
