Instructions
Prepare a white sauce with flour, milk, 50 g butter, salt, pepper, a pinch of nutmeg and, out of the fire, then add 80 g of butter, parmesan, egg yolks and egg whites.
Cook the pasta al dente in salted water, toss with the sauce, place them in a buttered baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.

- 400 g of type pasta noodles
- 150 g of butter
- 100 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 4 eggs
- 75 cl of milk
- Flour
- Nutmeg
- Salt
- Pepper
