Pumpkin flan
Instructions
In a saucepan melt 30 g butter, let dry the sliced onion.
Add the diced pumpkin flesh, a tbsp of water and cook until the pumpkin is reduced to the consistency of soft mashed.
Prepare the white sauce and add to the pumpkin with the grated cheese, egg yolks, pine nuts, salt and pepper.
Pour the mixture into a buttered mould, bake in preheated oven at 160 degrees for one hour, then bring the heat to 180 degrees and cook another 10 minutes.
Withdrawn, let cool and put.
Serve, if desired, with spinach in butter.
