Mackerel baked with yogurt sauce
Instructions
Lightly grease a baking dish.
Turn on the oven to 180 degrees.
Mackerel, washed clean, cut the side fins and practiced 3-4 deep cuts on both sides.
Rub the inside of the fish with the garlic.
Sprinkle them with salt and pepper and place in baking dish.
Wet with wine and bake 20-25 minutes.
Meanwhile mix the yoghurt with Mint, zest and lemon juice.
Peel the cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and cut into dadolini.
Mix the yoghurt and unite, to taste, a pinch of sugar.
Add salt and pepper.
Mackerel served with baked potatoes and the sauce with yoghurt.

- 1000 g of mackerel (fish by 250 g each)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 tablespoons of dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- The yoghurt sauce:
- 250 g of yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh mint
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 pinch of sugar (optional)
