Mackerel with cream sauce
Instructions
Cleaned mackerel, wash them, dry them, put them in a baking dish so that everyone has his space.
In a bowl mix the cream with the mustard, add the lemon juice passed to the colander and a little chopped parsley.
Add salt just because mustard fish already has a strong flavor.
Pour the cream mixture on mackerel, spread some fresh butter.
Place the baking dish in preheated oven and cook on moderate heat for about half an hour.
With the heat the sauce becomes a little thicker and the surface will look au gratin.
Serve in the same container.
