Mackerel to sonasegaio
Instructions
Take a large pan so that the mackerel are side by side and not on top of one another; ungila, oil and dust of breadcrumbs on the bottom; lay one layer of sliced tomatoes, and over a layer of onion slices, then above put the mackerel whole (cleaned, of course; if you have space issues you can delete heads and tails).
Again a layer of onions and tomato and one man of breadcrumbs.
A bit of oil and salt on everything.
In the oven for about 40 minutes longer than 15-20 grill.
Rigorously dry white wine (mackerel are fat).
