Mackerel with vegetables
Instructions
Cook the fish, previously cleaned, steam.
Slice the onions, carrots, celery, parsley and garlic and soffriggeteli with a little oil, adding salt and pepper.
Stir continuously and set the flame low.
After ten minutes add the tomato sauce and a little water.
Meanwhile, place the mackerel fillets on a serving dish.
Pour the sauce, to taste, and serve hot or after a few minutes.
In summer, you can prepare in advance and refrigerate to cool.
