Marinated mackerel
Instructions
Peel the onions and cut them into thin slices.
Clean, wash and flour mackerel, FRY in hot oil.
Drain when they are well browned and dry on kitchen paper.
In a pan heat some oil and soffriggetevi onions, add salt and pepper, add the pine nuts and raisins before softened and squeezed.
Wet with wine and let it reduce by half.
Add the vinegar and bring to a boil for 10 minutes cooking.
In a bowl place the mackerel in layers, cover with the sauce and let stand covered and cool for a day.
