Tasty mackerel
Instructions
Clean the fish and remove the bone and head.
Place open to book and more flattened on the bottom of a greased baking oil holding up the party without skin.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and Bay leaves, garlic, salt, pepper and cover with a layer of tomato slices, season with salt, sprinkle with bread crumbs and drizzle with oil.
Pass in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

- 4 mackerel
- 400 g of red tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 leaf of laurel
- Parsley
- Breadcrumbs
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
