Honey puffs
Instructions
Dissolve the yeast in 1/2 glass of warm milk.
Place the flour and pour in the dissolved yeast.
The latter incorporate the flour, salt and knead until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Form a dough, cover with a cloth and let it rise for 3 hours.
Then form the balls of dough; flat and mash at the Center, immersing a few at a time, in hot oil and Brown.
Then put them on a serving dish and pour with plenty of honey.
