Instructions

Roll out the dough too high, nor too thin, cut it into discs with the wheel or by pressing on a glass of water and place then on each disc a little pile of stuffed.

Press edges well after folded the disk and throw in boiling oil, to pick them up when they are golden and served in a dish covered with a towel, garnished with fried parsley after immersed in cold water and just shrugged.
