Instructions

Put lemon juice, sugar and gin in a shaker with crushed ice.

Shake and pour into tall glass.

Add ice cubes and fill with Seltzer.

Pour over sherry brandy slowly so that you do not mix.

Garnish with seasonal fruit and serve with straw.
