Instructions

Generously butter spreads thin slices of white bread flour and black rye bread and then garnish as desired with typical Danish ingredients: eel or slices of smoked salmon, cheese typical chosen preferably in spicy variety, boiled eggs, thin strips of onion, omelette.

An idea very nordica is to juxtapose the sweet to savory and spicy enriching some Canapé with spoonfuls of Blueberry jam or berries.
