Instructions

Remove the sole black skin white, and heat the oven to 200 degrees.

Cut off the head and remove the viscera.

Cut off the fins with scissors from the kitchen.

With enough cold water rinse thoroughly and dry with kitchen paper.

Take a baking dish large enough to hold the sole, grease it and lay the fish.
