Instructions

Melt half the butter, sprinkle the floured fish fillets and cook 4-5 minutes on both sides.

Pass the fish on the plate.

Pour in their cooking brandy pan, mix in the mustard and Cook Sweet flame for a couple of minutes.

Add butter and lemon juice.

Pour over fillets and serve.
