Mince together the shallots and parsley.
Prepare a baking pan with oil and a layer of chopped, on which lay the sole.
Add salt, pepper and cover with another layer of chopped.
Distribute the butter into small pieces, add the wine and put in preheated oven at 170 degrees for 25 minutes.
