Instructions

To thaw the soles, clean them, throw away the bones, wash them and dry them.

Lay them in a baking dish with the melted butter, season with salt, pepper, spolverizzarle with abundant Basil and parsley and cook in the oven for 10 minutes.

Gently turn them over and cook for another 10 minutes and serve.
