Instructions

Clean the soles, eliminating the white skin, the black one and the lateral spines.

Brown in butter, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of whisky and blended.

Season with salt and pepper.

Pour 3 tablespoons of whiskey in a metal ladle, heat over a fire, ignite and pour on the soles.
