Soncino and sturgeon
Instructions
In a bowl, pour a glass of olive oil, add four tablespoons of vinegar, six green peppercorns, chives, shredded two pinches of salt.
Mix well.
Placed in this marinade the slices of sturgeon and lasciatevele at least six hours.
When serving, arrange on bottom of serving dish the soncino washed, dried and seasoned with a little oil, vinegar and salt.
Sprinkle over the slices of marinated well drained sturgeon.
Served with warm, toasted bread

- 250 g of sturgeon slices
- 2 bunches of soncino salad
- Chives
- Apple cider vinegar
- Olive oil
- Salt
- 6 grains of green pepper
