Instructions
In a saucepan, put meat, vegetables, garlic, salt, pepper and cover with water.
Boil for 30 minutes.
When the meat is tender, add the corn and potatoes.
Boil for another 30 minutes.
Serve hot with white rice.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- Flesh to make the broth (beef or chicken)
- 6 sliced red beets
- 4 stalks of celery
- 1/2 sliced onion
- Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 chili
- 1 cob of corn
- Potatoes
