Tropical fruit sorbet
Instructions
Mix the pineapple juice, lemon, mashed bananas and sugar.
Pour the mixture in a rectangular vessel low-edged (would be good pans for making ice).
Put in the freezer for about an hour and, after this time, gently add the whipped egg whites.
Mix well and store in the freezer for another two hours.
Serve in glasses by cutting the sorbet to cubes.

- 2 cups of pineapple juice
- 2 cups of lemon juice
- 2 cups of mashed bananas
- 350 g of icing sugar
- 2 egg whites mounted to snow
